The key objective of the project is to improve the relevance of technical and vocational skills and foster entrepreneurship to promote youth employment in priority sectors.  ProBlue resources would help to include plastics waste reduction goals into this project by supporting the integration of solid waste management and circular economy innovation as one of the priority skills development and technical training themes. Key activities include curriculum development on plastic and waste management to improve skills and knowledge about resource management at TVET skills development levels through specific knowledge and data activities to promote single use plastics phase-out, and Youth Engagement through Entrepreneurships.
