Save a Life from Sri Lanka was awarded an Innovation Grant (IG) to implement the project “Plastic Zero Initiative – Empowering Institutions and Communities for Sustainable Change”

The project aims to raise awareness about the importance of maintaining plastic-free beaches, ensure effective oversight and coordination of waste management activities in Jaffna districts, create opportunities for entrepreneurs to produce and market sustainable plastic alternatives, and advocate for policies and regulations that support plastic-free initiatives across institutions.

Save a Life is a youth-led NGO based in Jaffna, Sri Lanka, dedicated to health and environmental protection, with a mission to engage and inspire the younger generation.
