Training of fishermen community in scuba diving with the objectives of strengthening their connection to marine biodiversity conservation and provide an additional livelihood opportunity as diving guides for tourists. The trainees were sensitized about the harmful effects of plastic waste in general and the ghost nets and marine waste which are discarded by the fishermen community in the sea on the marine life.
