On May 3, 2025, Community Empowerment Linkage (CEL) hosted the 3R Forum in Meemu Atoll, bringing together key government agencies, local councils, hospitality partners, and other industry partners. The forum focused on waste management challenges in M. Mulah and neighboring islands, featuring brainstorming sessions and a panel discussion where representatives addressed community concerns on waste and plastic mitigation.
