As part of its intercept strategy, Project BLUECAP has distributed over 1,000 drop-off bags and 80 collection bins across 15 districts—making recycling more accessible through community-selected hotspots. With a target of 1,300 bags and 100 bins, this initiative is already showing impact: nearly 492 tons of recyclable plastics have been collected in just 9 months.
