Department of Applied Sciences & Chemical Engineering, Tribhuvan University from Nepal was awarded an Innovation Grant (IG) to implement the project “Waste to Wealth: Plastic Free Himalayan Rivers to Advanced Functional Materials”

The project aims to focus on redesigning within the Parley AIR thematic areas, specifically the complete conversion of plastic waste into functional carbon materials. Additionally, it involves producing plastic materials for local use, such as ropes and plant pots. Activities related to the Avoid and Intercept thematic areas are also included in the project’s scope.
