Teaming up with Green Earth Recycling, Unilever Pakistan initiated a project in 2021 to convert plastic waste into park benches. Through this partnership, Unilever aims to recover around 2,000 MT of plastic waste annually and reintroduce it into the circular economy. The recycled plastic is utilized to create benches, desks, play areas, and other outdoor furniture, promoting a circular economy while providing economic opportunities and livelihoods for communities.
